How are Spellpaws products made?

Everything is print on demand. Your T-shirt or sticker is printed after you place your order by our production partner Printify.

How long does production take?

Because each item is made to order, there is a production period before your order ships. Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–7 business days after the order is submitted to production (this is not guaranteed and can be longer during holidays and high-volume seasons).

How long does shipping take, and where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout, with delivery times shown for your country. Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Estimated delivery times after your order ships: within the US, Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days, Economy 4–8 business days, and Priority 2–3 business days where available; international Standard shipping typically takes 10–30 business days, and international Priority 3–5 business days where available. These are estimates from our print partner, Printify, and are not guaranteed.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because every item is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us and we'll make it right. Defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.

How do I pick the right T-shirt size?

Sizing details are on each product page. Please check them before ordering.

How should I care for my T-shirt?

Care spell: follow these steps to keep your wizard cat looking magical, wash after wash.

Machine wash cold (max 30°C / 90°F).
Non-chlorine bleach, as needed.
Tumble dry on low heat.
Iron, steam or dry on medium heat.
Do not dry clean.

How should I care for my stickers?

Apply to a clean, dry, dust-free smooth surface. Peel from one edge, then smooth from the bottom upward to push out air bubbles.
Clean gently with a damp cloth. Don't use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Our stickers are made for indoor use on smooth, flat surfaces like laptops, notebooks, and windows.
They're removable/semi-permanent and may leave some residue when removed.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders go into production quickly. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best. Orders can be cancelled within 2 days (48 hours) of being placed; after that, your order may already be in production and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

How does printing on demand work?

Nothing is printed in advance. When you place an order, it is sent to our production partner, Printify, and your item is printed just for you, then packed and shipped. This means less unsold stock, and it is why there is a production period (usually 2–7 business days) before your order ships.

Who prints my order?

Spellpaws designs the art. Printing and shipping are done by print providers in the Printify network.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders are generally printed and shipped by Printify print providers in the United States. An order with several items may come from different facilities and arrive in separate packages.

Will I pay customs duties or import taxes on an international order?

Possibly. International orders are shipped without duties prepaid, so any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country may be your responsibility when the package arrives. These are set by your country, not by us, and are not included in the price or shipping cost at checkout.
