Refund Policy

Every Spellpaws product is printed on demand, which means it is made specifically for you after you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference. Please check product details and size charts before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for items that arrive defective, misprinted, damaged, or are not the item you ordered. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is not the item you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you at no cost. Please email us at info@spellpaws.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue and the shipping label.

Lost or undelivered packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll work with you and our production partner to resolve it. If you provide a wrong or incomplete shipping address, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping, or of reprinting and reshipping, the order. This applies to orders returned as undeliverable or delivered to the wrong place because of the address entered at checkout. Please double-check your address before you order.

Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. You may cancel your order within 2 days (48 hours) of placing it. After 48 hours your order may already be in production and can no longer be cancelled.
