You walk into the bathroom, toothbrush in hand, and stop. The sink is occupied. Our tiny wizard, pink hat on and paws neatly tucked, has curled into the basin like it was carved just for them. One eye stays shut. The other pops open, huge and sparkly and extremely smug, as if to say: this is a sink now? No. This is my bed. It has always been my bed.
Scholars agree that once Sinkus Sleepus is cast, the sink belongs to the cat for a minimum of three business naps. You will brush your teeth in the kitchen. You will not complain. You will, however, take forty photos.
