- Crime
- Flees in panic from the vacuum cleaner.
- Casting time
- The instant you plug it in
- Mana cost
- 1 roaring beast, 1 puff of flying fur, and 0 courage left
Every household has seen it at least once: our tiny wizard cat, fleeing in absolute panic from a vacuum cleaner, fur flying. Casting time: the instant you plug it in.
The roaring floor-eater has awakened and our wizard is already two floors away. The mana bill arrives right on schedule: 1 roaring beast, 1 puff of flying fur, and 0 courage left.
The cat considers this a total success and takes a celebratory nap.
Counter-spell
1. Give them a safe hideaway they can retreat to when the scary thing appears.
2. Start the vacuum in another room so it is less of an ambush.
3. Pair the scary object, switched off, with treats so it slowly becomes boring.
4. Never force them toward what frightens them.
